  1. KO Call & Intake

    Fill out the KO Call Form during or after the kickoff call. The form captures all 12 homepage sections, GBP URL, trust signals, and target keywords - then auto-generates the AI build prompt and creates the project in the Hub.

    Run the SEO Strategy Portal to generate a full keyword map for the client's market. This informs the page structure, service pages, location pages, and meta content for the entire site.

    Execute the build following the 20-milestone checklist in In Flight. Reference the Playbooks for page-type SOPs, the standard 12-section homepage layout, and QA standards at every step.
